Sweet NOLA Snoballs brings a taste of New Orleans to the Denver metro by serving up classic Louisiana “snoballs” - finely shaved ice featuring flavored syrups, with the option to top with sweetened condensed milk or stuff with ice cream.

The one-of-a-kind spot is the brainchild of Colorado native Lara Stepneski-Mintz, who spent nearly two decades in New Orleans and fell in love with the eclectic and rich culture of the city. Sweet NOLA Snoballs combines Stepneski-Mintz’ Denver roots with a dash of southern charm, resulting in sweet frozen treats infused with a variety of flavors. Stepneski-Mintz hopes to bring the lively spirit of New Orleans to new audiences, one snoball at a time.
